air cooling H510 cooling

Im a newbie, so I have no idea about cooling but I got the NZXT H510 and was wondering if keeping the stock fans as they are, or move the top fans so it's a bottom intake fan at the front and keep the CPU cooler facing the back, blowing air towards the back exhaust, or should I turn the cooler so it's facing the top, then move the back exhaust and turn it into a front bottom intake and have air coming out of the top?

Makes no difference. Its OK, but plenty of better cases out there.

what about dust buildup? does that matter with only 2 exhaust fans and filters on the front?

Btw I have a i5 9400f and a 2060 and a cooler master 212 eve with a 212x turbo fan because the fan on the 212 evo died
