FPS issue

I have i3 7100 3.90Ghz processor,  gtx 1050 oC edition, 8GB ram after the new update i am not getting good fps sometimes I get 200-250 sometimes it falls down to 100-90 and game stuttering a lot also.

please give some solution.

whats been updated? 
also random fps flucations especially when they are that high is normal,try using v-sync or an fps limiter

windows update and also CSGO update
