What's that Temp reading?

Only hwinfo64 and ryzen master can monitor ryzen temps correctly.

Got Corsair H115i RGB PRO XT and Ryzen7 3800X on Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro.
In iCUE app, there's the temp that's different on any other temp reading including gigabyte system info.

Where's that temp coming from?

And why is the fans running above 1800RPM when in quiet mode?

 

Any ways I can tweak somehow?

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
