Laptop recommendation needed

Go to solution Solved by Lightwreather,

anyway closing this thread now. Thanks for your support!

So hello,

Now that that's out of the way, I need some advice for a good laptop somewhere ~700-1000 USD for, well, music production so it should have excellent speakers and processeor strong enough to handle the strain of MIDI devices (preferably intel-based, I know AMD has taken over the world but still(though you could suggest AMD); and also I need a colour accurate screen. Why? Because I dabble in some amount of photography work. So that's that. I would be grateful for all your suggestions. Thanks

You won't manage with that budget. The closest you can get is the new HP Omen with a Ryzen 5 4600H but the screen and speakers aren't exactly phenomenal. The machines you are after start at double your budget and go up from there.

Also, Intel laptop CPUs are extremely irrelevant in 2020 considering the Ryzen 5 4600H outperforms the i7 10750H while using less power and running cooler. And the Ryzen 7 4800H beats every single no Ile CPU in an intel laptop up to and including the i9 10950HK

Yes, I know that but in the region where I live, It's basically impossible to find an AMD-powered anything.

Thanks for the input anyway.

You're better off waiting. Buying a low end i5 with a junk screen is a horrible idea

What software are you planning on using and why not use headphones vs speakers?

Good idea (for the headphones, thnx). I'm actually planning to use FL studio, Ableton live 10 and Komplete Kontrol (by Native Instruments) at the same time while connected to a keyboard. So, then I basically just need a good screen..... (hmmm...)
