Help with Laptop Display Issue

Laptop Lenovo Legion Y530.

Hello guys! Can anybody tell me what happened to the screen? First of all this issue maybe already there for a long time, but I've just noticed it and stressed out because of it. Basically the issue is a screen discoloration (which take shape of a vertical line which occupies 2 pixels at the bottom only, one in each corners which you can see in the images). Strangely the issue start when the laptop gets "warm" and goes back to normal or at least better when that heavy task is over (Like rendering and Gaming). Already tried to plug it to monitor, Tapping and putting pressure, all is fine. The things is will the screen died out soon or not? What exactly IS the problem (backlight, inverter?). from what I've gather so far this is not a dead pixel, the pixel still display colors and transitioning normally.
