I had my PC built by IBP around three years ago and I've decided to upgrade my gpu to a EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER KO GAMING Video Card, 08G-P4-2072-KR, 8GB GDDR6. I read in the product info that it requires a pci-e 8 pin and a 6 pin. I have a Inwin c900W, when my pc was built IBP never sent the extra modular cables so I only have the one cable for my gpu now which is a 1060 which takes a 6 pin and the one plugged in is a 6+2 pin cable. So my question is what cable do I need to buy that will be compatible with my power supply and should I either buy another 6 pin or just buy one cable that has dual 8+6. If you can send me some amazon links on what cables to buy it would be very appreciated.

You can just buy an extra 6+2 pin pcie

Cable , as to where to buy it

I don't know the pin layout and I can't find any cables as stand alone products that you can buy. ( I could have missed it.)

That is not a 900W power supply, it can barely output 400W. Do NOT use it as it WILL destroy the system. Since it has no protections whatsoever and is abysmal quality.

I've had this pc for years and never had any issues and im pretty sure my current system would brick a 400w

I'm just worried as on amazon some stand alone cables being sold say they're for specific brands, for example, one said for corsair and i think the end that goes into the power supply isnt actually a normal pci-e as corsair is different. I just don't want to buy the wrong cable

The ATX end ( the one that plugs to your components ) is standard

The one that plugs to your PSU is not.
