Help Overclocking bios/tweaker inputs

I just got my first PC you guys were super helpful in my last topic I’m trying to get the input numbers to overclock my PC it says the max speed is 3800 in the bios menu it’s a 3600 X processor all I’ve done is go on her so far and enable XMP for the ram but I really don’t know how to clock that either it’s a set of crucial ballistic 16 gig 8x2 3200 ddr4-2666 And they are in a asrock b450 pro4 Just a picture of your input would be helpful I could do the rest myself if anyone can help please and thank you
