Need a fix for dual boot setup

To make this short and simple:

I want to dual boot PopOS but can't even install it. I'm currently running my win10 and if I set up all the partitions needed, I can't choose a boot partition. It will keep telling me that "EFI is not on GPT disk"

Gonna be completely honest and admit I have no clue what to do and I don't understand most of the terms (native German PogChamp).

So in the picture you can see my problem.

Any advice appreciated as always.

Thanks a lot.

PS: Yes. I tried to choose another drive or partition and still doesn't work. And yes I am using the latest version.
