need help with my GPU

Hello guys.

 

So recently i have got Radeon RX 580 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB , i wanted to install my favorite game on my PC ( Command & Conquer: Zero Hour ) , it does not run with my RX 580 but i have played it before when i had my old GTX 750 Ti. 

I think it's problem with DirectX but i'm not sure. Also my friend has the same GPU and i ask him for install the game and he got same thing on his PC.

Game is just opening the pre-launch wallpaper and close it automatically.

Well i have tried to open VMs and installed the game on virtual machines, but got the same thing on VMs. ( tried with VMWare + VirtualBox )

 

Any helps ? :(
