Budget (including currency): <$1000 pref < $700

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Ori and the will of the wisps, Netbeans, virtualbox, Clion,

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Honestly I'm looking pretty cheap under a grand preferably under 600 United States dollars

Rig for programming, light virtualization and light gaming (used components preferred)

I'd like to get a power supply that's going to last me for a long time because this probably won't be my last rig.

In a case that's okay but not overly special.

I'm looking for parts that will do what I need them to do that are probably used or new old stock I'm looking for stuff that doesn't come with the early adopter tax.

I'm planning to have Ubuntu running possibly with a Windows 10 virtual machine running on it from time to time,

The most demanding came I play is Ori and the Will of the Wisps Which has the following recommended specks

Graphics Card:AMD Radeon RX 570

 CPU:Intel Core i5-650

The system needs to be able to drive this game at 60 frames per second smoothly other than that I don't care, I'm not really a gamer.

all other games I play are drastically drastically less demanding than this one.

It also needs to be able to drive two or three 1080p monitors for desktop work.

I was thinking possibly one of the older ryson processors in a socket that would possibly let me to upgrade to a newer one, but I'm never going to be looking to bring this particular model up to the cutting edge,

I'm probably going to get a fairly good cooler for the processor slightly Overkill if anything to try and give it a better lifespan.

Advice or information would be greatly appreciated on what graphics card and processor combination I should look at.

Thank you

Used components are hard for specific recommendations because it all depends on your local market.

Posting in all bold decreases readability instead of highliting important stuff btw
