DRAM LED is On HELP

Today I upgraded my pc adding 2 more sticks of ram. When I power it on everything looks normal like usual.. But then the DRAM LED turns on and stays on and the board does not load to BIOS. Also the display gets no signal.

 

System specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G 
Motherboard: MSI B450M Gaming Plus Max
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsV 8GB DDR4-2800MHz (F4-2800C15D-8GVRB)
 

Ram sticks are exactly the same. The only difference is the production month.

If i plug only the 2 new sticks of ram it works normally.

Is it in a 2x4 set up ?

it's 2 kits of 2 sticks each.

Power off the system and unplug the power supply. Press the power button several times to discharge the system. Find the round silver colored motherboard battery and remove it for several minutes. Re-insert the battery and power the system back up.

I cleared cmos, I plugged all the sticks of ram (old and new) and again the DRAM LED turned on.

If i plug only the 2 new sticks of ram it works.

Also If i plug only the 2 old sticks of ram it works.

If i plug all the sticks of ram (old and new) 4 sticks x 4gb the DRAM LED turns on.

Instead of like this:

It seems that even though you bought the kits pretty close together, you still received RAM with different chips with different requirements. Arranging them as above might work since new and old will be each in there own channel.

I did what you said but again the DRAM LED turned on.

Try with 1 stick of RAM, old or new. Try to POST with it in each RAM slot, so try 4 times.

I dont know what the heck is going on. I tried many combinations with all 4 sticks of ram. Sometimes the pc booted and some didnt. When i tried again the combinations that didnt boot the pc booted and i was like <how is that possible> . I thing ram is working properly. And the motherboard has the issue. Whats your opinion?

It's hard for me to know since I am not there. Try to use a scientific approach to go through all of the permutations systematically. If no particular memory slot, or not particular memory stick seem to be what is causing the issue, then the issue lies most likely with the CPU's Integrated Memory Controller.
