I put together a list with some parts that are currently out of stock, if you can't wait for them to come back in, let me know and I'll grab an alternative.

[PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bGd8gJ)

Type|Item|Price

**Memory** | [Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/p6RFf7/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2b3200c16) | $63.99 @ Newegg

The ryzen 3 3300x just released, so it's out of stock for its normal price in most places. With a high base clock and Zen 2 manufacturing process, it has good gaming performance but lacks the extra cores of more expensive processors that are good for workload programs.

The B450m-Pro4 is out of stock, but it normally retails for around $90 (However, I've seen it on sale at microcenter for as little as $63!) It has good heatsinks, respectable I/O, 4 dimm slots, and 2 m.2 slots.

Corsair Vengeance LPX is a well known name, with a good speed at 3200mhz, and cl16 timings, which are pretty good. It's also relatively cheap.

The crucial p1 1tb nvme SSD has good reviews, with a relatively large capacity, and okay price.

The 1660 Super is about the best GPU i could grab for the remaining price of around $250, because unfortunately, AMD doesn't have a competitive product in that price range. It has pretty good clocks and 6gb of GDDR6 memory.

Any questions, let me know, and also take a look at what the others in this thread have to say as well, just in case they came up with something better.

Case fans: https://amzn.to/37QzLn4

for CPU: I think the 3300x will fare better, because it seems OP only wants to game, so those extra 2 cores aren't doing much, and the old Zen+ architecture isn't helping. (It's also more expensive)

The aftermarket cooler is unnecessary unless OP is overclocking

that board is twice as expensive as it needs to be

that 5700 is out of stock

that memory is about $20 more expensive than most kits at those speeds and timings

the ssd is good

the case fans are good

also all of those links redirect from youtube for some reason.

That's great, actually. With this list, you get a better board at the same price, two and a half times the storage space, and all for $40 less. I didn't think they sold B550 boards for that little. Fantastic

I almost got one for retail last month. I paid $120 to B&H for one when their preorders were open, and it said it would be delivered on the 3rd, but then it got pushed back to the 16th and then to the 23rd. I ended up cancelling my preorder and I haven't seen them for that price anywhere since. Sorry

My guess is that they didn't have enough supply for the demand because everything I've seen about this CPU is that it is a beast for its price

3600 is much better than the 2600 due to the better imc.

cpu is not needed, stock will be fine.

3600mhz memory is better for roughly the same price.

3600 is better but not a lot, but 2600 is cheaper. I forgot to put in a power supply, (there are plenty of evga 500w for 50-60 bucks), for ram its true but i tried to find the cheapest one, gskill tridentz 3600 mhz is second option.

The 2600 is only cheaper by $35 as well.

What specific EVGA 500w? There are some very shit models in that demographic.

Trident Z RGB is overpriced becauseof the RGB, a Ripjaws V kit is about $77 compared to $114.

ac odyssey depends on single core performance, 3600 is better in single core, u need faster ram for ryzen cpus.

And this is my fav psu (its on sale pretty often): https://www.bestbuy.com/site/evga-600w-atx-12v-eps-12v-80-plus-power-supply-black/8511029.p?skuId=8511029&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=477&ref=212&loc=1&ds_rl=1260666&ds_rl=1266837&ds_rl=1268709&gclid=CjwKCAiApOvwBRBUEiwAcZGdGGSHtJI1z96sd-BXXxOzPIkBm_Y8xMI9YsVUC05KzHaf3VvV6RFlwBoCCckQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&intl=nosplash

also ur right for the ram, ripjaws is better than tridentz but everyone likes rgb xD

A CX will perform much better than that PSU, and 600w is unneeded unless you are running and oced 10900k and a 2080ti.

I use this psu very often in my builds, and its perfect, 600w is good if ur planning to upgrade later, intel is using too much power and its tdp is insane, i like evga cause of its warranty and stuff like that. $60 is a steal for that psu and on sale its $35 but its on sale very often
