Help with Chrome.

Hey all some help with chrome. My menu is being cut off when i open chrome on my 27” samsung monitor(plugged into my laptop via HDMI) If i drag a chrome tab over to my laptops display and click on the menu it comes up fine. But if i drag that tab back to the samsung display the menu is cut off again. Any ideas?? I have tried re seating the hdmi cable and making sure the resolutions are correct.

Yeah they are. Both are 1080p monitors both have 144hz refresh rates. I have it set up as “extend these displays” and when plugged in the samsung monitor is #2 but is the main display.

I reinstalled and still is doing the same thing when it is fullscreen. If i make it a smaller window it shows up fine.
