Not Powering Up

Hi. Good day. I just want to ask if you guys know how to fix or resolve this issue.

 

My PC is not powering up, I first suspect the PSU so I bought a new one. Check the attachment.

 

Upon trying, the issue still persist : 

 

I also tried changing the Board Battery to brandnew.

 

Specs :

CPU : Intel i7 4770K

Board : Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero

RAM : 16GB Team Dark DDR3

 

Any ideas?

Try booting with 1 stick at a time 

I know you replaced the cmos battery 

But clear it 

Check the socket for any bent pins 

Clean the pc from any dust 

Re seat everything 

Even did this issue occur ?
