Realy Simple So Easy are you ready for it?... ok

My Spending Limit is $310 my best option is getting a GTX 760 for the price of performance on passmark its ranked in the top 15 cards

The Card

And my question

Is there a Pair of cards Either Crossfire or SLI i could combine that would be As powerful as that card (On Par) Or Better Even With the price Limit of $310

My Money is on no, but figured id give it a shot

(Please Note Newegg is not an option Only Micro center)

I Ask Cause i have never worked with Crossfire or SLI before

If you were lucky you could find a pair of 660's that operate around the 780 performance, tough only with perfect scaling that never was a target with LE GPU's and it's a chance it would get bottlenecked by VRAM/bandwith pretty soon, apart from that with regular prices this combo costs around $400. That being said, just get the 760 :)
