@Kbadri10 DDU the video driver and install direct from NVIDIA. Once done, please run a 1080p superposition benchmark, and let us know the results. Link would be preferable.

ive done it 2 times and it didnt make any difference

Please run Superposition with HWiNFO recording a log. Result and log file will help us determine further.

Much appeciated. I can see that you're hitting the EDC (Electrical Design Current) limit pretty hard, and possibly bumping into EXT_PROCHOT (motherboard commanding the CPU to throttle over too high temps, usually in VRM). Both of these come from a low end motherboard being unable to provide more current to the CPU.

What CPU cooling do you have? If it's liquid, consider adding a fan to blow cool air over the VRM.

What you really need if you seek higher performance, is a better motherboard. There is a thread regarding VRM capabilities for AM4, which is good reference if you choose to upgrade.

When im gaming my cpu usage is always ~5-15% and gpu usage is ~40-60% and i get hugely low fps with stutter i checked all my temps my cpu was like 40 c and gpu was not exceeding 80 c i tried using the superposition benchmark i selected 720 low to test on and gpu usage was like 40% to 50% and cpu ~5-15% and i get terrible fps but when i select to benchmark on 1080p high my gpu usage goes all the way to 90% but the cpu was still in ~10-15% in this situation i get decent fps but lot of stutter
If somebody knows what to do pls i really need help ive been strugglling with this problem since my pc build
Specs:
CPU :Amd Ryzen 2700
GPU: Kfa2 Rtx 2060 super
RAM: Ballistix 1*16gb ram 3000mhz
SSD: WD Green 240 gb ssd
HDD:WD Blue 1tb hdd
PSU: Corsair VS650w
Mobo: Msi a320m a pro max

Single Channel causes stuttering and at least 20% less GPU usage. You need a new module. Duall Channel is essential to play games and maximize GPU usage, specially cards like RTX2060.

You also will want to disable Precision Boost Overdrive, and potentially even Precision boost itself. This may help limit the transients hitting EDC so hard.

Ryzen 2700 and all non x amd cpus dont have precision boost overdrive option

And i dont think its a throttling problem i got good airflow and watercooling

I ordered a corsair vengeance lpx 16go (2x8go) ddr4 3200mhz  .Is it good ?

If ram fixed the problem ill let you know

thank you so much for your assistance
