Main monitor 144hz with 60hz secondary monitor.

Hey everyone, I have a 144hz msi ag24c 1ms response time monitor that I use for gaming. I just bought a 60hz ips 5ms response time monitor from amazon that I want to have as a secondary monitor to run discord, itunes, websites etc. Can this still work or will I have issues? Do I plug both these monitors to my nvidia gpu or should I plug the 60hz to my mobo. My main display is hooked up using a DP and this second one would use an hdmi.

I have a similar setup: 1440p 144Hz Main / 2160p 60Hz Secondary plugged into my 2070 Super via DP. Runs WITHOUT any issues.

Even though i have activated G-sync on the main but not on the secondary monitor.
