rx 570 issue

hey my gpu is gigabyte rx570, the issue i am facing is when io connect to a hdmi slot of the gpu the monitor shows no signal, but when i connect vga into the motherboard it just works fine and the gpu rgb light is also blinking 

my computer configuration is:

i3 3220 processor

6 gb ddr3 ram

gigabyte radeon rx 570 4 gb gpu

 

 please help me out

So your i-gpu is working but your dgpu isn't ?

Am I getting this correctly ? 

If so 

Make sure the pcie cable is properly connected 

Re seat the GPU 

Make sure it's at least detected

Can you see the 570 in device manager when running of VGA?
