Upgrading Internet

Im thinking of upgrading to Rogers 250/20 plan in April from my Bell 25/5 plan. I download a lot of movies and games aswell as online games while multiple people in my household us the interent. Should I make the switch?

If the price increase doesn't affect you too much go for it just remember a lot of services don't offer that kind of upload (from them) e.g. I have 36 down and get 4 down max on steam.
