So after doing multiple Cinebench r20 tests, i keep getting 1630-1800 for some reason (On multiple videos and threads the average should be 2700-3200). I'm currently Undervolting at the following settings and also i have all of my cores set at a frequency of 4.0 (Reaches 2.9 max in game for whatever reason).

For Cinebench r20, my temps stay at a constant 70C and my Clock speed is always at 2.5-2.6 (Other videos have it at 3.8-4.0)

It's probably the undervolting preventing the CPU from turboing as high. If you set the voltage back to default it will probably be able to turbo high and get a higher cinebench score

I've just tried it with no undervolt and i got a score of 1400 with even less clock speeds (2.0 - 2.1) and I've seen people with even more Undervolt (around 165 - 200 mV) with stable clock speeds of 3.9 during idle and stress tests.

It varies from user to user

Disable throttle stop , it is never a good thing to use especially with laptops
