I am facing a no post issue with my PC. The MB error code sequence cycle includes 00 15 30 4C with a second long halt on 4C. Any thoughts around debugging would be highly appreciated.

Well following the manual tells me that it could have something to do with either your CPU or RAM.

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)

from what i can dig out this is that it means:

00: check if cpu is seated properly and then clear cmos

15: memory error. reinstall cpu and memory then clear cmos

30: memory error. reinstall cpu and memory then clear cmos

4C: i dont know xd

what to do: reseat everything, make sure everything is plugged in properly, try using only one stick(try both),

PC specs:

Ryzen 9 3900X overclocked to 4.3-4.4 GHz

Corsair H100i platinum

32 GB Trident Z RGB 3200 MHz 14-14-14-34

Thanks for a quick revert guys!

My PC was working fine for more than a year and this happened suddenly. Can a CPU move by itself or could I have a dead CPU on my hands? :(

try reseating your cpu. if that doesnt work, try again and again. after like 3 times than your cpu is probably dead

Hey guys! Thanks again for your response from the other day!

I was able to debug my PC and realized that all the components except for a couple of RAM slots are working fine. I have now installed the RAM sticks in slots A1 A2 since B1 B2 are triggering the error codes I mentioned previously. My question is: is it possible for two slots to fail like this or do they just need some thorough cleaning? I am afraid I can't get it RMAed since we are still in a lockdown due to COVID.

Any thoughts you could share would be highly appreciated.
