Vega 8?

so one of the laptops that i saw, very cheap and has everything i need. but befori buy it, i wanna ask what types of games can it run at 60 fps. i dont care what the settings are. I play games like roblox, minecraft, and guild wars 2. Could the vega 8 run those well at 60 fps?

vega 8 is the equivalent  of 1030 ( at least on the desktop side of things )
