I have problems using my dedicated GPU

Hello everyone, I've recently bought an Acer laptop with Vega 8 and Radeon 540X graphic cards.

I have learnt that I need to assign my games to use the dedicated GPU which is 540X from the Windows' "Graphic Settings", and I have done so up to this point.

But today I've tried the same method with another game called "Conqueror's Blade", I have assigned the "Highest Performance" GPU to the game's .exe, but when I open up the game and check on the Task Manager, the game still uses the Vega 8 GPU. 

Anyone has any idea why? What should I do?

Unfortunately it hasn't, the game still runs with Vega 8 instead of 540X. I'm starting to think it's about the game, because with the same method (Selecting the "High Performance" setting on the Windows graphic settings) other games work just fine.
