This is just a shot in the dark but have you tried streaming with one of the 660's disabled. Outside that battlefield just crashes in general so I'm not to sure on how to narrow it down.

yes i tried streaming last week when i only had 1x gtx660 and it did the same thing :|

BF4 is probably eating all the cpu power causing the crash.

open the config file and set the max fps to 40.  your only streaming at 30.  then see if it stops crashing also have task manager open if you cpu is at 100% from bf4 you don't have the head room to stream as well.

My CPU only gets to about 50% when im playing bf4 , and streaming takes 10-20% so ive got plenty of head room

That in its self is not normal.  BF4 will bring any processor pretty much to 95%+ on quad core Intel's anyway not so sure about amd but it should be the same.  I would investigate your drivers.

ive done a COMPLETE re-install on a completely different HDD and its still the same , bf4 will only load my CPU about 50-60% and that is normal for an AMD 8 core CPU , Drivers are fine aswell

more than likely it is because bf4 doesnt like 3rd party programs running in the background and is having compatibility issues with it, perhaps could be the problem or try turning on the recording program after or before you launch the game whatever which your not doing currently, worth a shot i guess.
