Boot loop

My PC crashed recently and whenever I try to start it shows the blue screen with error Critical Process Died or it starts automatic repair with no successful result. I tired earthing in the automatic repair troubleshoot it doesn't work.  And then I created a bootable usb of win 10 gpt and when I select Repair my computer it brings me to the troubleshooting menu. I when I select Use a device for recovery it restarts and just loops back. Should just select Install windows 10 and not Repair my computer in the menu?
