Hi, i got a water bottle from lttstore.com a few months ago, and pretty much since i got it, the seal leaked, i just dealt with it, but its now getting wayyyyyyy worse, do yall think there is anything i can do about this? normally i wouldnt care, but $30 is a bit steep for a leaky water bottle.

if the bottle doesn't have any signs of phycial damage that couldn't be shipping related then you should be able to get a new one/refound.

but as mentioned above try contacting support@lttstore.com

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
