Workstation for engineering softwares

Hello Experts,

I am a structural engineering. I work on softwares like Etabs, SAP2000, RAM Structures, and Revit. I am going to build a computer that give best performance when I use these softwares. These softwares I belive need single processor. How should I plan designing a computer system for these softwares?
