For the past few months, I've been having major issues with audio and video falling out of sync. I've tried common solutions, and obscure ones. I've done almost everything suggested in this article and none of it has worked. I'm open to any and all suggestions; it takes less than 30 seconds of playing a video on either of my monitors for the desync to become noticeable.

GPU: Asus ROG GTX 1050ti

Motherboard: Asus TUF Z270

Browser: Firefox

Monitors: 1x Asus MG248 144hz, 1x Acer P260HL (desync occurs regardless of monitor)

Thank you :)

i have a really similar problem with my secondary monitor, it is an nvidia driver issue, strangely enough. Try DDU and reinstall.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Full specs? Are temps in check?

CPU is i5 7600k, Mem is 8GB DDR4 (can't remember the manufacturer), I use Audio Technica ATH-M40x for headphones, and I'm on Windows 10.
