Broken streamlabs OBS alert box

My follow animation works like normal but my subscriber animation just won’t go away no matter what and when I change animation of the text (only on subscriber) it changes the text animation on all alerts but on the text animation it says none

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%
