Just built my first pc. It powered on, i updated drivers and it booted up just fine. After 3 weeks of everything running smoothly i shut off my computer for the night. Just some casual gaming, didnt install any new parts or software. Today i wake up, go to turn on my pc and nothing. I see that the mobo power button was glowing red, however once i pressed it it would turn off. No code error debug.  I came across the troubleshooting basics forum on here and tried everything it mentioned (most of which being basic and obvious things) and now i am here posting my issue. No luck! I did the 24 pin paper clip trick and my psu fan turns on for about 10 seconds then stops spinning also my rgb fans in feont of my case light up but wont spin. My gpu usually lights up with rgb but no luck. My back exhaust fan dead. Now my mobo power button doesnt turn on at all. Seems to me the mobo is the problem, but i cannot figure out why or what to do? Ive tried everything...over and over.

Here are my specs:

Corsair crystal 680x series chassis

Rm750x psu

Gigabyte aorus master x570 mobo

4 x ddr4 g skill trident z 8mb 3600mhz ram sticks

Evga Geforce gtx 1080 ti gpu

Amd ryzen 9 3900 cpu

Windows 10 pro 64 bit os

500 mb samsung pro ssd and 2 tb baracuda hdd as well as 1 tb wd hhd

Just a recap...ive made sure my power cord is plugged in, i even flipped the switch on my psu to on. I used a different wall outlet. I checked my mobo to make sure everything is plugged in perfectly. Reset my ram sticks, reset cmos, takwn oit cmos battery for 5 mins, popped back in. Ive re seated my gpu, did process of elimination with unplugging cables. I made sure no static charge was transferred to my system, i made sure to unplug pc everytime i change something. No beeps, no code, no nothing from mobo as far as im aware. Only light that turns on is the cmos switch on the i/o shield in the back. Also i noticed when i do flip the switch on the psu on, for 0.5 seconds my arous logo on the bot right of my mobo Flickrs light.

Sorry for the long post, just want to be thorough. I would really appreciate any help i can get. I dont know anyone technical and am completely perplexed. I believe ive stated everything as clearly as i can remember/recall. Attached is the s/n # on my mobo. Some reddit threads were mentioning a coldboot problem issue with these boards. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
