Budget (including currency): $2250

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Everything from Civ 5/6 to Titanfall, Modern Warfare. I want them to run as high as possible with the budget

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am starting from scratch. I have a build from Reddit someone made for me (see below) and I just wanted more feedback on this. I would like to switch out the motherboard for one thats on the market now because I am looking at buying all this tomorrow. Thanks all

if you arent going to stream i would encourage cutting down on ram amount and getting a better cpu or psu for or some extra goodies for your computer such as a cooler.

I am planning on doing some streaming/video editing, at least I would like to start. Do you think it would be wise to add more fans/watercooling to this build?

PSU is an extremely good unit. Civ 6 is pretty RAM intensive, I'd suggest getting an esports duo 34.

fans are not necessary but you could gain better performance from a beefier cooler like a noctua
