Kernal power error

I'm having the exact same issue. After checking i found my problem which is whenever i turn on any switch in my house a very small spark is happening which is normal for a switch and that is causing my pc to turn off. My UPS is running but pc is shutting down. Check if you're having the same issue or not turn on any switch very slowly and turn it off very slowly as well do it couple of times see the result.

Tried on a few switches and nothing happened.
