Memory/Disk/CPU Problems

I am really unsure what is wrong here, i've been exeriencing minor lag and fps drops in various games and most of the time the fps just isn't as high as I would expect it to be/how it used to be.

For some reason the disk and memory fall back on percentages and the GPU falls back on the percentile. I have no idea what could be causing the problem/s and i've tried alot of solutions.

One the games i play alot is Rust, and nowadays I only get around 100 fps while playing on medium optimized settings which doesn't seem right when my friends with worse PCs are handling the game better.
