For 40 $ you could almost buy a new one. The Alphacool 240mm RAD is 49,98 € NEW in germany.

I'd go ahead and get a new one.
With that on the outside you don't know how it is on the inside and that's critical. Leaks are no fun and can be deadly to a machine too, Best to pony up for a new one instead of taking a chance and ultimately paying alot more than just for a cheap rad.

Looks like all of mine. If it’s a 240 I wouldn’t even bother. Plenty of cheap ones around. But if it’s a 280, I’d be all about it.

You can bend those folded over fins back with some patience and something to poke them out with from behind.

 

But.. just  get anew one if you are buying it, they are not that expensive. If you already owned it I'd say its maybe worth the effort to shave down a piece of wood or something.
