Pc wont boot now

Hi,

 

I had posted about this issue previously but now it has taken full force, my pc will  not post anymore it goes through the cpu check then the dram check, then it stops at vga led, as in no light will even appear, ive tried using a single ram stick, swapped the psu, pulled the video card,  resetting the cmos. Fans power on but it will not complete the post steps, any ideas as to what it could be im assuming mobo or cpu but i dont have access to spares currently, or any tricks to get it going.

 

Specs are as follows:

I7 6700k no oc

Asua z170e

16 gigs of ddrk gskill ripjaw

2tb WD Hdd

240g sandisk boot ssd 

Asus gtx 1080 currently out of system

New 650w psu

what diagnostic light does it stop on?

hey, it stops right after the mem check, when it wont boot it wont show the VGA light or the boot device light, i did get it to boot, but im sure it'll be an issue if i have to restart again.
