Windows 10 installation problem

Hi everyone, first time PC builder here, I'm having trouble installing Windows 10. I can get to the bios and select my usb stick, which has the Windows 10 creation tool on it as the UEFI boot drive. Then I get to the Asrock loading screen and the loading eventually freezes, after a few minutes my PC crashes. Should I restart from 0 and build my PC again? Thanks for the help

Hi,

 

When you say your USB stick has the Windows 10 creation tool on it, do you mean you just put the tool on it?

Because you need to install and run the tool on another PC and tell it to create a USB install drive not just put the tool on it.
