How to Transfer windows from an existing SSD to a M.2 SSD

Hello, I am building a new system today and i was trying to figure out how i can transfer all of my files and windows 10 from an existing SSD to the new M.2 drive in my new system. My current build is: CASE: Themaltake Core V1 Snow edition MOBO: Asrock LGA H110M ITX a/c CPU: Intel kaby lake I5-6500 @ 3.2GHz RAM: Gskill rip jaws x2 8Gb DDR4 @2133Mhz GPU: Zotac GTX 1070 Mini 8GB Storage: 1x SP SATA III 240GB SSD 1x Segate 1TB HDD 7200RPM PSU: EVGA 750W SuperNova G3

so install both drives? Im alittle confused where that windows has been on a SATA SSD and the new drive i want windows on is blank and not in the current system i have it in.

since you go from intel to AMD, install windows fresh on the m.2.. then connect your ssd and copy the content you need from your ssd before you format and reuse it

if you still want to use your old system and leave the ssd in place you can use Windows Migration Assistant and do it over network
