CPU running hot

Currently having issues with my PC running high on Temp while this is an older picture of the speccy I have had three programs tell me my CPU is exceeding 90 Degrees Celsius trying to play games, install them, if its something like CIV VI at the lowest settings. I think cooling can definitely be improved. I am using the stock cooler on the CPU and only have one intake fan on my case. As I have been learning more on computer cases recently I think my case has 1 more obvious intake spot and spots for three different outtake fans. Before I go buying anything I wanted to ask what your opinions are on the next steps.

Don't use the intel's stock cooler, it's terrible, but don't use speccy either. 
Hwinfo64 is a 100x more reliable.

That is one I have used it tells me its capping at 100 degrees Celsius

A cooler upgrade is definitly needed then.
