Computer keeps blue screening

My PC has been blue screening constantly and I don't know why. I've had it for a year and it hasn't been this bad. Also sometimes while using a certain program it hard freezes and I have to unplug it to unfreeze and reboot it. 

Specs. Starting to think I have something faulty.

Threadripper 2990WX

64gb RAM 

Rtx 2080

Hx1200i psu

Windows 10 pro

it crashes in chrome now, not just the software, but I was talking about a 3D modeling program called MAYA. the stop code is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. it also says "What failed: Netwtw06.sys"

How much RAM you have and how big pagefile?
