Should I get this cpu?

Quick question I have Intel I7-8700K cpu and my friend offered my to change his I9-9900K with mine, should I accept his offer or refuse?

CPU: Intel I7-8700K | Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Master | RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 2x8GB | GPU: Asus ROG 1080Ti OC | PSU: Seasonic Prime 650W Titanium | SSD: 1x Samsung Evo 970 250GB M2 1x Samsung Evo 970 1TB M2 | CPU COOLER: Noctua D15

The 9900K runs a bit hotter than the 8700K, but if you have a nice cooler it won't be a problem. If this was me, I'd totally do it.

I have Noctua D15 cooler, It should be enough right? And 650W PSU Titanium with GTX 1080 Ti Oc

Sure if there is a price difference ( like over 200 dollars ) don't

Suck ? As in like is really bad ? No

For 100 $ I'd do it for sure. 9900K is still one of the best gaming Chips out there and a great processor Overall. It will be better than the 8700K in pretty much anything.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
