HELP PLEASE

so I recently upgraded to a 2070 Super from a 1060, and have had a couple of times where my monitors have gone black and my pc started sounding like a jet engine, i had never encountered this with my 1060.

I have:

i5 9600K @ 3.7GHz

ASUS PRIME Z390-P

RTX 2070 Super

EVGA 500W PSU

2x WD Blue 1TB HDDs

BeQuiet Pure Rock Slim CPU Cooler

2x 2400MHz HyperX 8GB DDR4 RAM

my gpu and cpu drivers are up to date, are there any others?

yes, i uninstalled and reinstalled all gpu drivers
