With wires and preferably the correct connector on the end to connect to your MB.

 

Something along the lines of the below item and solder the wires to the RGB strip. If you really want to Yolo it, you could just attach wires to it and connect them to the individual pins on the MB header (with something like electrical tape may work just fine, but would be a pain to wrap around and undo if you needed to), but I wouldn't recommend doing that personally, and also make sure they don't touch each other in any unshielded part of the wire...

would be better to use something like this and solder them to the strip. there are many videos on you tube how to solder to a strip..
