Looking for a better timer notification app.

So looking for an app that I can have a one time setting to give me a notification at certain intervals. Like every 2 hours I get an alarm or notification without having to key in individual specific times.

 

Hope that makes since.

 

This would be used for mobile devices android and Apple.

You could use the loop countdown from online stopwatch if you're on a computer, Repeat Alarm on Android, or Repeat Timer on iOS.
