Any less than 48mm CPU Cooler for SFX Case?

Im planning to build a under 5 liter case similar size as a well known Velka 3. The cases that I am planning to build on: Loli1(Yep, it is the real name), S3(Cooler clearance is too short and the Noctua NH-L9i/a is the best choice and the thinnest cooler I know for this case), and K39. 

I want other options aside from Noctua NH-L9a/i. 

 

is this cooler good?
