windows 10 update changed folder permissions

Nevermind, windows defender was the issue, just had to turn it off.

Ever since the latest update, a bunch of my programs crash because windows messed up my folder permissions. (I have only 1 user in my pc)

 

Is there a permanent fix?

Nevermind, windows defender was the issue, just had to turn it off.
