It probably isn't worth it for you to spend $150 to upgrade your i3.

ok am in greece we pay with euros and no its for light content creation and gaming. and i dont thing i said exacly 150$ i meant to cup off at this price

It seems like the next step up from an i3-9100F that might be worth the money, is a core i5-9400F with 2 extra cores. But I would guess that it is not within your budget.

no its not i know that cpu i just thougt that you knew something else

there is nothing else, the cheapest upgrade in core count is the 9400F (those with iGPUs cost more, even from 8th gen) while in clock speeds, 8350k and 9350kf's selling point is overclocking which you can't do.
