Is there any websites or application that I can use for checking if the cpu and mobo that I plan to buy are compatible?

Should work as long as the board has video output and is from a recent batch of boards that comes with an up-to-date bios.

you may need to update the bios with a 2nd gen or older ryzen cpu before installing the 3200g. that being said ryzen 3000 has been out for so long that most if not all new boards should have it updated already. if you are worried you can get the b450 mortar MAX, which is confirmed to have the updated bios.

It won’t work, just make sure it has a ‘ryzen 3000 ready’ sticker on the box.

If buying it new it will be, if you want to be sure I would message the seller and see if they are able to, if used you could ask the seller to update it beforehand.

can I download the file to update it, I just checked the website of msi and saw a bios that can be download. Is possible?

If you don't have supported CPU, it won't boot. You need supported CPU to even update BIOS. Unless it's high-end Asus where you can flash BIOS without supported CPU.
