Hey guys.

I built a pc for a friend (not my first) config as follows:
Ryzen2600X
MSI Mortar max b450
16gigs hyperx ram
MSI 1660 TI oc version
Plus m.2 ssd, hard drive and a nice wented case.

The problem we are facing, is there are days when the pc is fine and runs 80fps of dota (it should about 200). Then other days when fps starts to drop and screen sometimes blacks out, becomes unresponsive.

Temps on gpu is fine, about 50C, on CPU it's 80C. Also it knows, that both of them runs about half of their performance. We had to do a cmos clean,  problems arrived sometimes after.

What we though to be is windows energy management, but it aint....

Any tips from u guys what can cause this?

@hubci1 did you make sure all the parts are working and in the pc correctly. Try that then reinstall the drivers and reset the bios.

Windows reinstall was done, bios will be tomorrow. Amd boost was turned off in master, now cpu temp is a bit above 60C. Still not giving the fps it should have. Parts also chechked and tight.
