Help, GPU's fan propeller snapped

I bought a brand new msi Aero gtx 1660 super from my local area pc shop. 

One of the propeller in the fan snapped when I turned on my pc in its case for the first time, should I bring it back to the shop or do I have to send it to msi to rma?
