Corsair RGB Pro Ram

In my computer i have the Corsair RGB Pro Ram and in the corsair software iCUE i cant seem to change its colours as it has a red caution badge with an exclamation mark in the middle. i have had a look into it but seem unable to find any information. if anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know. Thanks

I'm having the same problem right now.  It showed up with a red flag once and now its completely gone from Icue.  It still lights up in my case with one of my custom profile colours but It won't change with the profiles I've selected.  I've tried uninstalling Icue, deleting all the files and reinstalling.  Restarting my computer after I did that.  I haven't tried to re-seat them yet but I will when the new ram sticks I ordered come in today.
